Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers to exceed quotas and maximize revenue from Mid-Market accounts
- Assess market conditions and customer needs to influence corporate strategy and execution plans
- Coach team members in complex sales situations and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through regular management routines
Required Qualifications
- 15 years+ of leadership experience
- 10 years+ of experience managing high-performing sales teams in a mid-market B2B environment
- Strong skills in sales process, portfolio, and account planning
- Proven experience in executive selling and complex deal negotiation
- Experience in a SaaS sales environment and knowledge of CRM systems
