Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize systems, processes, and tools for the global sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract processes, including drafting, approval, and legal reviews
- Develop and maintain internal tools for pricing and optimize Salesforce for data accuracy and user adoption
- Deliver reporting on KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate contracts, pricing, and client onboarding
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company
- Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and pricing for services
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales enablement tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
