Key Responsibilities
- Primary owner of customer relationship and account strategy

- Manage customer information in CRM, including account plans and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing customer relationships or equivalent experience
- 4-year degree required
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that drive increased satisfaction and revenue
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the legal industry is preferred
