Key Responsibilities
- Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape
- Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences in every solution
Required Qualifications
- A strong track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments
- Experience working across service lines in hybrid or matrixed organizations
- Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking
- A strategic mindset with storytelling skills that elevate the pitch
- A firm understanding (a PhD preferred) in the Infosys DPS
