Job Summary
A company is looking for a PBM Regional Sales Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales goals
- Provides consultative expertise and leads internal and external sales meetings
- Manages request-for-proposal (RFP) processes and maintains relationships with internal departments and external partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing knowledge
- Sales or direct client management experience
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Well-developed relationship management abilities
