Key Responsibilities
- Grow the MRO business pipeline and achieve revenue and margin targets
- Develop and execute structured sales plans to penetrate key airline markets
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and maintain updated customer databases in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial aftermarket sales, with 5 years directly selling to airline customers
- Proven track record managing multiple sales pursuits in a fast-paced environment for at least 5 years
- Experience in creating complex commercial sales proposals and negotiating terms for at least 5 years
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools for managing sales processes
