Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director, MRO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the MRO business pipeline and achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Develop and execute structured sales plans to penetrate key airline markets
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and maintain updated customer databases in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial aftermarket sales, with 5 years directly selling to airline customers
  • Proven track record managing multiple sales pursuits in a fast-paced environment for at least 5 years
  • Experience in creating complex commercial sales proposals and negotiating terms for at least 5 years
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools for managing sales processes
  • Commitment to operating in a compliant, diverse, and inclusive environment
