A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to lead the enablement and growth of its partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure partners are trained, certified, and confident in representing the company
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners and build strong relationships
  • Monitor partner performance and support co-selling, integration, and co-marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years in Partner Success, Channel, or Strategic Partnerships (SaaS or B2B)
  • Experience with service providers (e.g., MSPs, vCISOs) or ISVs
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships
  • Ability to manage multiple partner types and priorities
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, or cybersecurity is a bonus
