Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Officer to join their remote team in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiry calls and website inquiries, providing consultation and processing transactions
• Initiate cold calls to potential clients and provide coverage for sales representatives as needed
• Gather transaction information, enter data into Salesforce, and assist with various sales projects

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights
• Experience with IRC Section 1031 rules and regulations is a plus
