State Licensed Health Plan Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Sales Associate II to educate consumers about health insurance products and facilitate enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective members with selecting and enrolling in health plans by providing information on benefits, premiums, and application processes
• Resolve member inquiries and complaints while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
• Make proactive outbound sales calls to potential members to assist with enrollment in specific products

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) required
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service or sales support experience required
• Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Commercial insurance sales experience preferred
