Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Outbound Business Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up for Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services
• Meet and exceed sales quotas while managing customer interactions and maintaining a prospect database
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and collaborate with field sales for complex opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Wireless experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Must reside in the North East Division, including specified states
