A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their commercial sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers within target markets, including life sciences companies and healthcare systems
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine the potential fit for the company's solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Life Sciences or Health System accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Passionate about healthcare and technology
