Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of 50 Strategic Sellers and grow account-based revenue
- Identify and execute technical solutions for customer needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Negotiate contracts and provide high-level client service to ensure seller satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of over-performance on key metrics
- Experience with project management involving engineering and product teams
- Technical solutioning framework and requirements gathering skills
- Experience in contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
