Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support their veterinary customer base through inbound calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders for diagnostic products and supplies through various channels
• Establish credibility with veterinary customers and recommend additional products and services
• Answer inquiries regarding product ordering, shipping, and online platforms

Required Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, and/or customer-facing experience
• Prior phone experience preferred
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Understanding of the veterinary diagnostic market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific discipline is a plus
