Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to lead a team driving sales operations for their retail business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve the end-to-end retail sales engine, enhancing processes from lead routing to cross-functional integrations
- Act as the main liaison between go-to-market teams and sales tooling teams, ensuring effective use of Salesforce and related tools
- Drive forecast accuracy and data integrity, establishing governance over Salesforce hygiene and reporting metrics
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related roles, preferably in high-growth tech
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud + CPQ) and pipeline management
- Proven success in managing tooling roadmaps and collaborating with Product/Engineering
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing high-performance teams
