Key Responsibilities
- Manage exception workflows and coordinate teams for efficient implementation of transformational agreements
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support sales forecasting and track performance metrics
- Develop process training and create best practice documentation to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Understanding of revenue operations, sales pipelines, and business processes
- Project management and process improvement experience
- Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions
