Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Partner Managers to develop a complete partner ecosystem
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem partners at the executive level
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to ensure partners meet business plan goals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partner management within software security
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of partner managers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue objectives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• High-energy, motivated self-starter with a passion for learning
