Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Enablement and Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve sales enablement programs for the MLF sales team, including onboarding and training
- Act as the primary representative for partner-related activities, organizing workshops and events
- Lead the management of the partner reseller program and ensure sales teams are prepared to collaborate with partners
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, partnership management, or a related function
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective enablement programs
- Experience in launching and managing partner or reseller programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the legal market, products, and trends is preferred
