Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Voice of Sales within the ITSG organization, ensuring sales functions are considered in projects and initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve inquiries and support product readiness for internal systems and tools
- Standardize and ensure compliance with company policies and processes, acting as a decision maker on operational disputes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales, or Sales Operations, including forecasting
- Strong business acumen with the ability to suggest process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with project management experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with internal tools and Salesforce integrations, and advanced skills in MS Office Tools
