Key Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective students and families, making 30-50 calls per day
- Guide students through the free trial process and connect them with tutors
- Track customer contacts in the CRM and follow up with families for enrollment
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of education in the US
- General computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite
- Experience with CRM operations is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
