Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director - Senior Sales Leader in the Non-Profit Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for growth in the non-profit sector
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team while developing sales plans and KPIs
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18+ years of industry experience, with 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role
- Experience in selling technology solutions within the non-profit sector for at least 3 years
- Proven experience in selling complex software solutions and cloud services
- Expertise across the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
