Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to lead customer renewal negotiations and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead negotiator on all assigned renewals and present formal renewal pricing to customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop tailored pricing solutions and manage renewal opportunities in Salesforce
- Work with various teams to refine pricing strategies and maintain comprehensive renewal pricing playbooks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial pricing management
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales and customer retention
- Experience managing complex customer accounts
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt strategies as needed
