A company is looking for a Sales Operations professional to build and scale the operational backbone of their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the sales CRM, ensuring clean data and reliable reporting
- Build and maintain sales materials and collateral, including pitch decks and proposal templates
- Design and manage sales enablement programs, supporting onboarding and training
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in sales ops, revenue ops, or GTM operations in a SaaS or B2B startup environment
- Experience managing Hubspot or similar CRMs and structuring systems for scaling teams
- Proven track record in supporting sales teams through onboarding and enablement
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting
- Familiarity with contract workflows, commissions, and global territory design
