• Engage with customers through inbound calls, actively listening to their needs and providing excellent service
• Follow the sales process to confidently ask for business and overcome objections
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer demand

Required Qualifications

• One year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
• Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
• Must be available to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a personal home computer that meets specified technical requirements
• Ability to work from a private, quiet workspace at home
