Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights to improve productivity
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and provide actionable insights
- Develop and deliver continuous training programs tailored to frontline manager needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Learning & Development, or Program Management
- Proven success supporting or working with Sales leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Proficiency with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong)
