Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development Representatives (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a team of outbound Business Development Representatives to build leads and pipeline
- Lead the team to achieve input and output goals, including qualified leads and scheduled meetings
- Train team members on sales best practices and coach them on customer needs and qualification processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience or 6 years of sales experience
- Experience with analytical, sales, and productivity tools, including CRM systems
- Experience selling to Enterprise or Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven ability to lead a team to achieve and exceed assigned targets
- Comfortable with hands-on management and managing multiple competing priorities
