A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to enhance their revenue organization through systems management, data analysis, and team training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the go-to-market tools and systems, ensuring reliability and user adoption
- Build and scale technical infrastructure to support lead management, deal execution, and customer retention
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize funnel performance while training the sales team for effective engagement
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-native GTM tools and traditional tools like HubSpot and Apollo
- Strong process design skills, particularly in lead routing and sales handoffs
- Data fluency with experience in Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and ideally SQL
- Proven ability to collaborate across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
