Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of the North American SEAP (Subscription Education and Awareness Program) business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the North American team of SEAP specialists and solutions architects
- Identify, inspire, and guide subscription bookings related to SEAP specialists
- Forecast and report bookings related to SEAP activities and consult with the Legal team on contracts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a quantitative field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in software sales, program management, or software license compliance
- Experience in direct selling of services and subscriptions, with familiarity in renewals and consumption-based business models
- Sales management and leadership experience with both field-based and inside teams
- Solid financial and operational understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
