Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, marketing, retail, or a related field
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Experience in ecommerce with proven results in customer engagement and sales
• Proficiency in managing brand presence on external retail channels
