Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative to assist field sales staff and manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for the assigned territory and assist field sales in meeting quotas
- Create quotes and configurations for customers and facilitate special pricing requests
- Manage customer/partner opportunities and act as a liaison with all departments to expedite deal closures
Required Qualifications:
- Business experience in a Customer Support or Sales Support role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of networking technologies is advantageous
