Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and enable a team of experienced enterprise sales executives
- Drive performance achievement through mentoring, coaching, and strategizing
- Report on business metrics to the executive team weekly
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience building and managing sales teams in enterprise software
- Demonstrated success in growing and managing SDR and AE teams
- Experience in a high-growth VC-based B2B SaaS company
- Minimum of 5+ years of general sales experience
- Must be located on the East Coast of the United States
