Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Sales Agent Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls while adhering to policies and quality standards
• Present offers, overcome objections, and verify Member information during calls
• Maintain product knowledge and achieve established call quality and productivity goals

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a High School education or GED; active Health or Health & Life/Accident license required
• Minimum one year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or office settings
• Experience with Internet, Windows applications, and email services
• Bilingual skills may be required based on project location
• Ability to understand and explain complex Medicare programs clearly
