Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent with AEP enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150-200 daily outbound calls using an automatic dialer
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35% on calls
• Work with low-income, elderly, and veteran demographics in a high-performance sales environment

Required Qualifications

• Active resident Healthcare license in the state of residence
• 1+ years of Healthcare Sales Experience, preferably with Medicare
• Experience with mostly outbound calls, with some inbound experience acceptable
• Comfortable leaving voicemails
• Empathetic and eager to grow within the company
