Key Responsibilities
- Craft and manage RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and sales documentation
- Conduct client needs analysis and deliver product demonstrations
- Serve as a liaison between sales, product management, and development
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in professional writing, business, marketing, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience in financial technology, digital banking, or RFP management
- Strong technical acumen with digital banking workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
