Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for national sales needs and coordinate with local teams and national client requests
- Manage national orders, including entering, revising, and maintaining order details, as well as handling invoice discrepancies
- Execute national sales campaigns and create presentations for promotions while providing backup coverage for other coordinators
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in media sales
- Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external representatives
- Requires a 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines
