Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sales Analytics - Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance sales and market access offerings by developing integrated insights from diverse data sources
• Manage the development and delivery of strategic field KPIs and metrics for business reviews
• Lead alignment and segmentation projects for the Specialty field team in collaboration with cross-functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6 - 8 years with a Master's)
• Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
• Experience in sales analytics with SQL preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources
