Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales and Proposals Coordinator to support their Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer scope and collaborate with scientific staff to prepare study proposals and quotations
- Maintain organized records and assist in client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and timely responses
- Track sales activities and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with at least two years of technical experience in a Contract Research Organization or laboratory setting
- Familiarity with analytical testing processes and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret technical instructions
- Must have regular and reliable attendance
