A company is looking for a Key Accounts Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution sales efforts with large, strategic North American water utilities from initial engagement through contract close
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with utility C-Suite and senior decision-makers
- Consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue and growth targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within metering or related fields
- Proven record of success in direct and indirect sales channels, with contract values exceeding $20 million
- Demonstrated expertise in new account acquisition and growth of large, complex B2B accounts
- Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen
