Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a sales training environment, with a minimum of 3 years globally
- Strong leadership skills and experience in developing enterprise-wide sales enablement strategies
- Ability to design and deliver training programs tailored to organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong working knowledge of learning management systems
