Key Responsibilities
- Master complex product functionality and enable sales reps to deliver technical demos
- Develop training materials and resources to simplify product education and improve sales performance
- Lead live coaching sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in sales enablement, demo enablement, or technical sales training (B2B SaaS experience required)
- Proven ability to build and scale demo-centric training programs
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and live training sessions
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach both technical and non-traditional sellers
- Organized and proactive with the ability to operate with urgency and precision
