Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support the Customer organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer revenue forecasting for retention and expansion
- Drive expansion pipeline by building performance dashboards and optimizing revenue-generating processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy and execution while monitoring KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in GTM Operations or Strategy (Sales, Marketing, Customer)
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience in key GTM strategies and sales methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with BI tools
- Experience with GTM operations technologies (e.g., Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
