A company is looking for an Account Executive II.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve 90 day and 180 day pacing metrics post hire
- Create and grow prospects via lead qualification and develop a sales pipeline
- Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C-Level to present product information and support the ordering process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with HR technology and solution sales
- Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills
- Demonstrated sales skills through partner networks in HR Tech
- Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech is highly preferred
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
