Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system administration and maintain the integrity of Sales systems
• Act as the main liaison and system expert for Sales-supported systems
• Identify and resolve complex system or process errors while ensuring data quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of Sales or Client Services experience
• 2+ years of systems or process-related analysis experience
• High level of computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database software
• Ability to understand relational and mainframe database systems
