Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Analyst for a remote position working PST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as first-line support for sales team requests and inquiries, triaging issues appropriately
• Analyze sales-related data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process bottlenecks and recommend workflow enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related administrative role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales data
• Experience handling high volumes of sales-related tasks with accuracy
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales enablement platforms is a plus
• Availability to work US West Coast business hours
