Job Overview
As a Hybrid Remote Account Development Manager (ADM), you will be the initial point of contact with potential customers, leveraging your exceptional research skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities to establish meaningful relationships and create a robust sales pipeline. You will work closely with our Senior Account Executives to drive sales success and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent and Articulate Our Offerings: Connect with new prospects daily, showcasing our AI-powered call monitoring and coaching solutions and demonstrating their value proposition.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team: Schedule meetings and create a robust sales pipeline by identifying high-quality leads and working closely with Senior Account Executives.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Engage potential customers through various outreach methods, including email, phone, and social media, to build relationships and drive conversions.
• Needs Assessment and Solution Selling: Identify the specific challenges faced by prospects and demonstrate how our solutions effectively address their needs, leveraging strong listening and persuasive communication skills.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria, including budget, authority, and requirements, to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records by tracking and reporting all activities and data within our CRM, ensuring seamless sales operations and data-driven decision-making.
• Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed monthly quotas and daily key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive overall success and contribute to the growth of our business.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• 2-3 Years of Sales Experience: A documented history of achieving targets in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Proven Sales Track Record: A consistent record of surpassing sales goals, demonstrating a competitive mindset, resilient nature, and high motivation.
• Strong Listening and Persuasive Skills: Ability to listen actively and communicate persuasively, tailoring your approach to diverse prospects and customer needs.
• Positive Demeanor and Teamwork: A positive attitude, strong passion for teamwork, and willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Familiarity with CRM Systems: Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems, enabling seamless integration into our sales operations.
• Previous Sales Development Experience: A background as a sales development representative, providing a solid foundation in lead generation and qualification.
