Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle for ITSM software from lead qualification to close
- Strategically target and penetrate large enterprise accounts, including Fortune 1000 organizations
- Create and refine sales assets, collaborating with product management, marketing, and customer success teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years in ITSM or infrastructure software
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex SaaS/software deals
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and enterprise IT operations
- Demonstrated ability to create impactful sales collateral and enablement tools
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
