Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager - Freight Sales (FTL, Drayage, Intermodal).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute strategies to grow revenue and enhance customer experiences
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
  • Manage a sales pipeline and provide after-sales support to build long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerage sales
  • Transferrable book of business with direct relationships with shippers
  • Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
