Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement inbound and outbound prospecting strategies to optimize lead qualification and sales handoff
- Develop target account strategies and execute personalized outreach aligned with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Track performance metrics and optimize sales processes based on conversion rates and engagement data
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales success in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably in technology services
- Experience with solutions selling and value-based sales approaches
- Familiarity with performance-based compensation structures
- Preferred degree education, but not essential for the right candidate
