Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth in revenue by acquiring new mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source new business, close deals, and build partnerships with decision-makers
  • Deliver pitches, address objections, and answer client questions
  • Meet annual revenue quotas and creatively engage new prospects


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise-level services or software
  • Experience building revenue in a growth-stage company, preferably in healthcare or HR/benefits
  • Experience managing 6-9 month sales cycles and attaining $1.5-2M+ quotas
  • Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity about AI tools
  • Detail-oriented and responsive to clients and team members
