Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, GTM Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy and roadmap for the GTM tech stack and tooling, collaborating with Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, and IT leadership
- Support GTM data integrity by maintaining clean and trustworthy records in Salesforce.com and integrating data between GTM software and tools
- Establish and run the Sales Ops service desk function, overseeing operations and developing a repeatable playbook for data and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum four years in Sales/GTM Operations or related roles
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ, and related sales enablement tools
- Experience collaborating across functions to drive transformation initiatives
- Experience designing and implementing new operational processes and optimizing existing ones
