A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual sales planning process and establish operational models and performance metrics
- Define global forecasting methodology and develop a unified KPI framework to drive sales productivity
- Oversee incentive compensation plans, territory management, and lead a high-impact Sales Operations team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Proven track record in sales operations or management, preferably in a DaaS or SaaS organization
- Expertise in designing and administering sales incentive compensation programs
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel; skilled in CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
